“Why are you telling people they cant use their points and a deal, or you'll cancel/refund their order? If the app lets you use both you have no reason to be canceling people's orders that they payed for and came to get. If you have a problem with that bring it up with your corporate and get them to change it in the app or else dont cancel my order. It it not the customers problem to deal with if its making you guys lose money. Its the way the app is made and that has nothing to do with the customers your servicing.“
