Awful customer service and poor food quality at this location. Was given a bagel so burnt I wouldn't feed it to my dog.
Staffing has obviously changed and not in sufficient quantity. Service is excruciatingly slow. Staff inexperienced. Perhaps there are hiring challenges. Overall observation: this store needs help.
This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible, 3:34-4:15 in the drive through, management should really take a look at their severe understaffing, or the fact that the employees in the afternoon are slower than molasses
