“One of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever come across.

- I ordered two McGriddles (Sausage and Bacon) and they were one of the freshest and piping hot breakfast items I’ve had
- Hashbrowns were fresh out of the fryer and were delicious.
- Staff were courteous.
- The store was extremely clean and well-maintained with regular cleaning and mopping floors.

“Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The food was perfect and the restaurant clean. More than that though, while I was there an employee cheerfully helped an elderly couple navigate the kiosk and it was the sweetest thing. Great place to eat.“

“Full disclosure, Burger King is never my first choice, their burgers are just meh to me so that is where that 5th star went. This one is clean and the service is good. Not sure what's up with the dining room that looks like a coffee shop. I do miss the freestyle machine that used to be at this location.“

“Was so happy to accidently find this place. I went for a classic milk tea, and it was great. It was served in an adorable Halloween themed cup. Those little details add that little extra something special. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and made suggestions regarding items on the menu. The poke bar looked really nice as well. Everything appeared fresh and well stocked. Will definitely try it next time I'm in town.“

“I haven't lived in Waterbury in nearly 35 years, bt when I return I always try to get to Nardelli's for one of their famous grinders. It was as good as I remember, but I'm no longer capable of eating the entire sandwich at one sitting.“

“STRIKE 2, FULL COUNT NOW. - This is a better choice for fast food in town. Great food, fresh every time. Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

“Been coming here since a kid, prices are a little on the high side but the food is always good, great for the kids, always a good environment and normally super convenient, also great ice cream…: But WE NEED the swinging picnic tables back !!!! Most disappointing thing ever when they took the old ones out 😭 bring them back !!!!“

“9.2.23 we got married at our hometown fair grounds and had Frankie’s cater! It was PERFECTION!! Everyone was blown away when they found out that’s what we were having for food, so fun, and who doesn’t love hot dog and burgers (especially FRANKIE’s)?! There was only a couple cooks/servers and MAN OH MAN did they crank it all out! We had around 160 people and they had a line as soon as the food was out, serving up all the goods in such a timely manor. They cooked and served for about 3 hours.. it worked out SO well, many had 2nds and 3rds, plus we had left overs 😍. Everyone was RAVING! we couldn’t have had it any better, Thank you guys SO much!“
