“Impossible to describe how incredible this tasted. My goodness I ate so much my tummy hurt. I couldn’t stop. What a surprise for my taste buds. The chocolate (and chocolate chunk?) was out of this world. Went back for the coffee ice cream the next day. Buts it’s not just the ice cream. The cheeses. The Swiss like cheese ( crybaby ) ? Unbelievable. We had to others on a board from their restaurant next store and came back to bring some home. Finally the butter. They got everything right. Both days the counter help was great thank you for helping us remember what we had and liked.“

“They are awesome! There was a misunderstanding about a cake I wanted. I spoke with the owner Dyrak and he made the cake I wanted and delivered it to me! That's what I call customer service. I don't usually make good comments about customer service because I work for a company that is known for their customer service and I usually don't receive the same kind of customer service that is expected of us. Dyrak definitely went above and beyond. Thank you!“

“what a cute little place! we stumbled upon this little ice cream shop/cafe and we loved it ! Ice cream was so good, they have a variety of flavors and so many options for milkshakes and flurries! They also have food and the menu looked so good - we got ice cream, milk shakes and some French fries and it was delicious! we would definitely make the trip to go back!“

“I recently tried the chicken parm grinder at Mad River Creamery & Deli, and it was a really solid choice. The chicken cutlet was nicely breaded, tender, and held up well under the sauce. The marinara was flavorful — tangy with a hint of sweetness — and there was a generous amount of melted cheese that pulled everything together. The bread was fresh and hearty with a nice toasted soft crunch to it , the kind of roll that didn’t get soggy after a few bites, which made the sandwich feel substantial but balanced. I liked that there was a good ratio of chicken to sauce to bread. Service was friendly and efficient, owner welcomed us and provided free ice cream samples as we waited for our grinders ( husband got the steak and cheese for his 3rd time ) being a deli, the portion felt more like a meal than a quick snack. The atmosphere at Mad River Creamery & Deli is welcoming — cozy and laid-back, perfect for grabbing a bit with a friend (or after getting some ice cream). Already know what I want when I return . Thanks again !“

“We visited Middlebury's greatest ice cream while we made a stop in Middlebury, Connecticut. Despite being a small store, they are able to produce a wide variety of flavors. We were served by a really nice young girl.
The ice cream tastes great. Worth the stop, it is situated in a little strip center.“
“The Yogurt Lane establishment as a whole, is one of the best restaurants I have ever had the honor of dining at. The frozen yogurt was astonishing and the Nutella- Banana smoothie was unique/exquisite as well. The worker there was just so kind and hard working, overall a really pleasurable experience!“

“I never write reviews, but I had to for this place 😍 I came in Saturday afternoon for some ice cream with my family, and it was the best! A sweet and funny blonde young lady helped us and recommended the toasted almond and it was amazing. We’re from mass visiting family, but definitely will come back next time we are around!“

“Great ice cream!! However, I don’t recommend the Hocus pocus (orange one) cake batter. I took two bites and couldn’t choke it down. I LOVE cake batter and it didn’t taste anything like it. Disappointed. Threw it out before leaving the parking lot :( I’ll stick to soft serve 🍦“
