Was very disappointed by the poor customer service tonight. I arrived 8-10min after the latest time I was when placing the order online to give ample time for preparation and had to grab food from somewhere else for others so I planned accordingly. As I entered I noticed 1 lone aluminum togo container on the back counter and Gigi greeted me at the register. Four of us dined outside today, and Gigi greeted us with complementary hot cider. We ordered 4 completely different meals, and we each loved our food. The waitress was cheerful and efficient. We will return!
Thank you for offering family meals! Had the chicken parm for 4 and it came with penne, salad and bread. Everything was delicious!
