“If you want a really good bowl of ramen noodle soup, you will find it here in the Brass Mill Center food court.
I had the tonkotsu ramen which is a pork soup with slices of roast pork. The broth and pork were very good and tasted authentic, along with all the usual toppings you will find at a quality Japanese ramen restaurant. I also had the fried chicken wings and they were as tasty and crispy as in Thai restaurants.
They also have a buffet of the usual, ready to eat dishes you will find at the majority of asian restaurants in mall food courts, although the Ramen took about 10-15 minutes to prepare in the back kitchen.
*It's actually "Basil Thai Kitchen" but Google Maps doesn't believe me.“

“Food was superb, could not be better. Went on the recommendation of a friend who raved about it. Dishes were succulent, delicious served with amazing sauces and easy to see these are made with love! Must dine in for crisp, optimum flavor. Best I have had in years!!“
