There’s a new guy in charge of cleaning here, and the difference is very noticeable! The place, which was already good, is now even cleaner, more organized, and well taken care of. He’s very fast and does an excellent job — you can really see his dedication. My family and I come here often because it’s close to home, and ever since he started, the environment has improved a lot. Great work!

Guy behind the counter was really nice and helpful and didn't give me a hard time about the extra change I was short. Very unexpected because it was a specialty donut that I was ordering and every other dunkin' donuts especially in Hartford give me a hard time about this and want to charge me to the penny way more than just the dollar six! And they seem to care when it's the only thing I'm ordering even though the money doesn't go in their pocket, it goes...

Lydia is quite hostile and rolled her eyes the moment we came to the register getting defensive because we talk quick to place an order. That was the first strike/red flag but then, she got an attitude when I defended myself in placing my order and talking over us. Then she threw the receipt on the counter because me and my friend were talking about how rude she was out loud to each other. She kept ignoring our request and decided to talk about us to another customer and another...
