I tried this place for the first time today. The food was delish and the fish tasted fresh. I intended on eating there, but the staff was so impolite, the energy felt tense, so I became uncomfortable. No one greets you when you walk in. Perhaps the lady who assisted me was having a bad day, but she eas very unpleasant. She seemed irritable and impatient when asked questions though it was obvious putting together a poke bowl was a new experience for me. I attempted to model the behavior of how I would like to be treated by continuing to remain pleasant and polite despite being made to feel uncomfortable. When I was not given a chopstick, I asked for one. My request was met with a soured face. I took the food home and my spouse and I loved it. I am willing to try it again. Hopefully it will be a better experience regarding the impoliteness of the staff. Smile, greet your guests, say you’re welcome when someone says thank you, don’t act like your guests are a bother when they ask questions.

I always get the Oreo Milk Tea and I just love it! This is one of the best drink I’ve ever had. Make sure when your thirsty just go to Poke City and get a boba drink there.

I love this place. It’s the best poke in CT. The protein options are the best and have a wide variety. Other poke places will charge extra for certain protein when Poke City does not. The place is clean and very friendly to their customers. I think they know me as they give me a little extra on the crab mix and a couple other things too. Can’t wait to go back.

Fish tasted very fresh and the ponzu was fantastic. If someone asks if you want extra ponzu, say yes, because it's just more deliciousness. I went there last night and I enjoyed my bowl so much that I am going back again tonight due to little/no self control. I am so inspired by the poke that I might even remember to take a picture to add in the next review.
UPDATE: I WENT BACK AND IT WAS DELICIOUS AGAIN. So delicious I even remembered to take photos before I housed it.
They even air fry the shrimp tempura which you can get 2 or 4 of for a small extra cost and you will not regret getting that on top either. Fantastically crispy with soft shrimp meat. Anyway, I ate there 2 nights in a row.

This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve come here several times and customer service keeps me coming back! I get the brown sugar boba and Oreo boba every time, not once have I had an issue with my order will continue to be a regular customer. The stations are always clean and more than enough tables to sit and enjoy. I’ve checked several areas that sell boba this one is the only one that uses actual tea! No disappointments

This place is amazing, the staff is always friendly, the food is delicious and very affordable, and the fish is some of the freshest and most delicious I’ve ever had. This is the best poke you are going to find in the area, aside from literal Foodland in Hawaii this is the best poke I’ve found to date. If you’re torn oh where to go, come here it’s 100/10

The establishment maintains cleanliness, but parking can challenging to find. Unfortunately, the staff lacks politeness and kindness, often neglecting to greet customers. The overall customer service experience is subpar. Beverages are frequently prepared sloppily. Maggie, in particular, exhibits rudeness and consistently prepares drinks incorrectly. The service is swift, but the quality and taste of the beverages are compromised. The strawberry slushy is excessively watery and pale, while the mango slushy jellies are incorrectly placed on top instead of at the bottom of the cup. This issue stems from Maggie's inadequate mixing techniques, resulting in unusual appearances and flavors.
