“Food was good. We ordered 5 tapas to share. They come out randomly so by the time our last one came out, we were pretty much done with everything else - but the waitress did explain to us prior that that could happen. It wasn't very busy and service wasn't great. Waitress didn't check on us after our food arrived and I eventually ended up going straight to the bar to order another round of drinks. They were out of certain foods (plum salad) and when we asked for an alternative salad she just said “nothing, we're out of plums”, when she could have offered the market salad, etc. Just to give an example. There just didn't seem to be any effort in making our experience a great one. Overall, food was great. Environment and ambience was great. Service was unsatisfactory.“

“Their food is tasty and fresh. Great variety of dishes. Love their fritters and everything they cook. I get food there twice a week for my entire family for about $50. It’s a small place with huge Caribbean flavor. Their food is mostly Puerto Rican-Dominican style. I recommend it.“

“I absolutely love that. The owner is such a sweetheart. The canoes are absolutely delicious. Play love going in there for fresh maduros when they have them. .3$ ! for a nice big order of them . Don't even get me started on the rice and beans

Also I'm terribly sorry but I forgot what it's called, it's like the cornbread stuff with cheese in the middle? Just spot on delicious. I have also had their beef stew, pork stew, empanadas and more. I recommend them to everybody“
