ordered online n the container wasn't even half full went in person ordered exact same n paid the same price as I did online ordering let's get these portions consistent cuz this is a terrible rip off if you can't do online ordering correct don't offer it not a satisfied customer 🙃
I been to this chipotle more than once to give them the benefit of the doubt, But I will not return. Yesterday I went there and in all my servings I had to ask them to add more, They were out of fajita veggies and Brown rice and the chips were all stale. This is not the first time the chips are nasty. Every Time I been there the chips are old, the guac looks nasty and they are always missing something in the middle of the day. Chipotle Mexican Grill is a well-maintained store with ample parking space. The service can be slow at times, but the staff is friendly. The manager Richard is incredible and provides good service with respect and kindness, handling situations well and making a significant positive impact. This location gets the order right more often than others, though the portion can be a little light on the amount of food. The quality of food and service can be excellent.
