I just had the worst experience at the West Haven location. I ordered my food and was told that I can pick it up at the other window. I had to remind the woman that I didn't pay yet. Then I went to pick up my order. At least 5 orders came through and I was still waiting. Finally I asked and was told mm by another woman that she would start my order right away. I waited even longer and finally received my food. It was now over 20 minutes since I ordered. I went outside and realized...read full review
