First of all, the lady on the phone and at the counter is absolutely disgusting. always have a bad experience with her. I've been a loyal customer here and have ordered from hotels with my card SEVERAL times. they know me. Tried to order tonight like I always do at the hotel I stay at, and she's gonna tell me the rules have always been that way that it's only cash.
