Water Edge

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. My room was huge and very clean. I liked having a kitchen with a mini-fridge, sink, and microwave. The bathroom was spacious, very hot water, and plenty of towels. Comfortable, clean bed. The hotel is on the older side, so some things are run down here or there, but overall, it's comfortable, beautifully landscaped, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. If you're looking for an experience at a high end resort, pass on this one. Highly recommend Madison Beach Hotel instead. Waters Edge hotel guests take a backseat to the general public. Staff is in short supply. Valet service is substandard. Forget the bar, terrible service, bartenders are in short supply and very overworked. Restaurant food is average. Reserved here for Easter Brunch. Very nice dress for and the food selection was out of this world. Kinda pricey but well worth the cost. Even though some people were sitting outside and it was a sunny day it was a bit chilly. Our table was near the buffet but near the door and every now and then the wind old blue but nothing uncomfortable. Our waiter was very attentive!
