Water Edge is a comfortable and nicely landscaped hotel with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The hotel has a cafe, bar, and restaurant, as well as a pizza place in the parking lot. The restaurant's food is described as "OK," with a particularly impressive Easter Brunch offering a wide selection of delicious dishes, although it was considered a bit pricey. However, the dinner show experience was less satisfactory, with the staff being described as unfriendly and the Maître d' as rude, rushing the event and making inappropriate comments. Overall, the hotel provides a pleasant atmosphere, with spacious and clean rooms, a fitness center, and easy access to the beach, making it a suitable choice for conferences and family gatherings.
