“Visited SDW last week for lunch with a chef pal who has several restaurants overseas. When he is Stateside, he always searches for staple foods done right. Gary and the crew delivered on all fronts. My go-to is the New Englander, and it never disappoints. My buddy had the Chicagoan and loved it. We both got a burger as well, which was cooked perfectly and impressively juicy. We were both taken aback by the hand-cut fries with S&P. We commented on how hard it is to consistently turn out such high-quality, short-order potatoes, and Gary gave us a detailed rundown of their process. After a lengthy discussion, including the merits of whole-belly clams vs. strips, Gary even gave us an order of hand-battered onion rings to try, which were also stellar. Super Duper is the real deal, from the menu to the people!“

“Like a time capsule that hasn't changed since the first time i stepped inside the store back when Obama was president. Which for me is a good thing.

They probably did change stuff but not enough for me to care.

The food is correct every time I order it. The employees are always polite. And the drive-thru when I go is either fast or there's no lines at all. It could be because I go at random times but I'm not complaining.

The dining room is clean and the bathrooms as well. There were a few times when there was a mess in the soda and ketchup section but that was when it was so busy inside the staff couldn't get away from the front long enough to clean that area. (But people should really not be dirty in the first place anyway)

I've never had problems with this place so I'll keep going here. Especially since Wendy's shrinkflation happened.“

“This was our first time here. Had to go to Bpt and read the reviews on this place. It didn’t disappoint. We had the jerk chicken and oxtail. They were both excellent. Very tender fell off the bone and so flavorful!! Best jerk check I had in a long time. The rice was also delicious. Great portions. We will definitely be back. If u are near the Trumbull mall u have to stop at this place. It’s in the Shell gas station parking lot. Don’t pass it by u won’t be disappointed!!“

“Remember when all those people were talking about traffic increasing because of this place. Traffic was going to increase due to the jamming in of too many apartments. At least we can have a decent chicken sando now while we wait on traffic. Milkshakes are also quite good.“

“Went here at 3 am on a weekend. I was surprised to get fresh hot fires at that time of the morning, double cheese and nuggets were also fresh. I went thru the drive thru the attendant was pleasant. It took no more than 7 minutes to order and pay. Pleasantly surprised“

I ordered 2 because the last time I had them at the McDonald's near Branford CT in 2017 they were skinny as toothpicks. Well I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw what I got this time. Very large fresh tasty burritos. Hot and wonderful. McDonald's has changed for the better. The price was also very reasonable. I even got BOGO FREE. The establishment was very neat and clean. Definitely can recommend. I purchased from the Norwalk location on Connecticut avenue near Costco. A+“

“After many years I got Wendy's. And I can tell you that it was good. Not amazing but good enough for me to know that next time will not take few years but few days. If you also cant remember when was last time, you should check it out. They got a lot better than what I remember.“

“This used to be a great McDonald's with a playplace. Now it's this square grey building. The atmosphere sucks. If you order via the kiosk & are looking for a table number, there's not enough staff to deliver your food. The seating area on the lower level is disappointing. I'd be nice if they brought back the picnic tables outside. Upstairs they have more seating, & the bathrooms. I brought my kiddo here for a nugget happy meal, there's nothing about this place that fun. McDonald's really killed off everything that made them a place kids wanted to go. Come to McDonald's, we have a bland new look, no one will like!!“

“A very pleasant surprise. Although this isn't the mcdonald's we thought we went to last time it ended up being a great choice. The restaurant was clean and orders running smooth. The coffee tasted fresh and beyond expectations. I had trouble with the kiosk the manager was able to assist me at the register and I was even able to redeem my monopoly prize of a free small coffee.
