I love to eat at this location only when it comes to Burger King 👑
I was place 2 order on berger king App, after you order is placed, you only got information of the food , ( in the app recipe or email, there is no customer name , no order number, no code ) so when I drive through to the gate , the staff asks me what is you order, I have not I deal to tell them . So I have repeat all of my order items. It feel so bad!
They always forget sauces with the order. Without their barbecue sauce their chicken is just okay. Do better!! For the price you're asking I expect what I ordered. If not there's tons of other places.

Burger King is a clean and friendly fast food spot. The staff is super nice, and the restrooms are always spotless. The food is fresh, and they're happy to accommodate special requests. Even when mistakes happen, they're quick to apologize and make it right. This location is a great choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. After renovations, it is now the best BK in Hartford. The outside and inside are aesthetically pleasing. The food is always great, and the staff are always nice, kind, and respectful. Ordering online with their app is easy, and orders are correct, but the drive-thru can be slow. The parking lot is a small area.
