“I ordered take out for delivery it's nice the fee is so small I'm used to a lot of extra charges on delivery. The person taking my order was thorough and answered my questions. The delivery person communicated well and the sushi was on point soft bouncy texture fresh and flavorful loved it“

The service could’ve been a little bit better I had to ask for my drink several times. We asked them to change the TV channel from something other than sports and they did change the channel but just to another sports channel, I don’t quite understand why Japanese steakhouse wants to play sports on big screen TVs I had to filet mignon my wife had some sushi and our friends had chicken combos and sushi themselves. My fiancé Jackie always order large white rice and large wonton soup. She has sever peanut sesame and tree nut allergies, and they are accommodating each time we tell them!“

“I’ve been to this location (Manchester) only a couple times, and I’m already hooked. The food is great, and worth the price for the amount (which is something I care about when ordering food anywhere).

The staff are so great, and I can just tell how hard they work to keep up with everything. They’re kind, patient, and knowledgeable of their products. The establishment is so clean, and I’ve had no negative customer service interactions.

Though the advertising team for this company as a whole is very creative, and are able to make me laugh with their menu and other ads, I will continue to return to Teriyaki Madness because of their staff.
