“Loved my grill cheese with avocado. Besides grilled cheese there are so many other delicious and healthy options. 12 different lettuces to choose from. Salads and smoothies are their main offerings. Vegetarians could have a field day. Highly recommend. Only wished it was closer.“

I stop for that incredible salad of theirs. There’s nothing like it, covered in feta, Gorgonzola and onions, with that perfect house dressing. Atmosphere is intimate, with tightly arranged tables, with a few outside on sidewalk. Only downside (which has no room for improvement) is the cramped entryway and bathroom that is holdover from an era when ADA accessibility was not a consideration. The restaurant is historic in that regard, with painted tin ceilings; was one of the first “healthier food” restaurants. It keeps that standing even in Norwalk’s hot restaurant scene. The order was complete ,delivered on time good portions and as I am told very delicious I ordered: Hot wings Chicken Francaise and Chicken Scarpariello It came with pasta, salad and breadsticks All was absolutely delicious and enjoyed. “The CBR pizza is out of this world. The first time I went in there my boyfriend & I bought a few different slices to try & they were all good but the CBR was def our fave. The slices are a generous size & price too. I like really thin & thick crust pizza. Classica is a happy medium between the two - prob more on the thin side & has the perfect amount of crunch (it doesn’t crack & fall apart when you take a bite like some thin crust pizzas do). “I have always driven up Hope Street and gone past this deli. Well, this week I finally stopped in. I ordered a chicken cutlet (My go-to deli sandwich) on a wedge with cheese, tomatoes and ketchup and mayo. First things first: they made a QUALITY QUALITY sandwich. The cutlet has a nice crisp to it, and was not dry but juicy. The breading was not overwhelming but just right. The cheese, bacon , tomato all meshed well. Nothing was too loose or too messy. Second the customer service was great. A great atmosphere to walk into. Its always nice when you are greeted by a smile, conversation and to see that person behind the counter is actually enjoying themselves.I went back again to try out their meatball parm. On. The. Money. The meatballs are fresh and REAL. I am simple so I did not doctor this particular sandwich up much, but it was good for me and can be for you too.I recommend Ron's Deli if you want a great sandwich, great service, great prices. Their creative menu offers so many delicious choices. They’ve got everything and then some. A perfect choice for a catered breakfast and lunch.
Tony’s staff is so accommodating, polite and friendly, often addressing customers by name and always with a warm smile.
It’s a very popular establishment but even when it’s crowded they’re quick, patient and have never gotten my special orders wrong.
