“So me my 3 daughters and my nephew went to B K last night I only had $14.32 on a gift card but 8 have the app and I know B. k has awesome deals so I wasn't to worried about only having a few dollars to feed 4 kids however things usually don't go as planned I placed my order and used the app to get 2 whopper jr 2 small fries and 2 drinks for 8.99 then I go to do it again and can't now I am panicking because I did not know what to do I thought I'd be able to use more than one offer at a time but it doesn't work like that soooo the manager comes over and uses her offer I get a cheeseburger small fries and drink but I am still freaking out inside because I need another burger another employee who was off yesterday just happened to be in and overhearded me talking to my kids pays for me another burger we are sitting down eating she brings over 4 ice creams for my kids and nephew. God bless all of y'all that was there last night around 8 I wasn't sure how I was feeding my kids when that happened so from my whole entire heart I appreciate all of you and so don't kids!! All of you that dealt with my family last night really deserve a raise because that was above and beyond customer service.....“

“Littarly trash thank you for the milkshake, my father enjoyed it but it's not my fault your ice cream machine was down. I didn't get what I paid for I ate it because I was too hungry to care and I'm too tired to fight you guys about this but just know that's why you guys have two stars this isn't the first time I've had bad service provided by your night crew you've just lost customer for good. If I wasn't so f****** hungry I would have posted evidence but I'm too tired to actually care cause you guys aren't gonna do anything about it. I'm leaving this nasty review in hopes someone else will see it and think twice before going through your drive thru at night.“

“I'm visiting from out of state, and I like to find places to eat that I don't have back home. I love loaded fries, so this was a no-brainer for me. I ordered the taco fries without jalapeños. The service was great, the presentation was gorgeous, and the taste was excellent. The fries themselves, aside from any toppings, are thick-cut, earthy-tasting, legitimate freshly-made from handcut potatoes. The toppings were generous and flavorful, and didn't taste generic or store-bought. 10/10 would recommend, and I hope to eat here again on future visits to the area!“
