My compliments to the very nice young lady who graciously took the time to point me in the right direction to the Franklin Town Hall. Not often do I encounter those willing to extend a helping hand to others.
Food orders are sloppy or incorrect, customer service is generally mediocre, and this location will charge you over a dollar for a cup of ice water.
Only good thing about this location is it’s generally quiet with no line….
