“Huge shout out to the drive thru employee. First we live in Enfield and our Popeyes is awful every time we go but I love Popeyes so we travel to the Popeyes in Windsor Locks. Today was a awesome there. I asked for 4 BBQ sauce because I love that sauce. We had to pull forward and had to wait a bit but the awesome employe apologized and he even gave me two extra sauces. It was hot and awesome and it is a drive but we won't go anywhere else. I am sorry I didn't get the employees name but he was awesome.“

“​I don't usually write fast-food reviews, but the team at this Chick-fil-A location completely blew me away today. From the split second I walked through the door, I was greeted with genuine warmth. My order was prepared and delivered incredibly fast.
​What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality on the floor. Anna stopped by my table, checked in on me, and we had a wonderful, friendly conversation—she truly embodies what great service looks like! To top it all off, they were handing out samples of the Strawberry Hibiscus tea and even came by later to offer mints. As a side note for parents: the bathrooms were absolutely spotless and super kid-friendly, which is a massive plus. This team goes above and beyond. 5 stars all day!“

“I think this must be a training issue because it’s new this year and happens every single time - I never get my drink. I order on the app and sit at a table. I get my food, and then they walk away. Once in awhile they bring me my drink, but usually not before I’m done with my food. This is at the least the fifth time this has happened here, maybe closer to the tenth.“

“Ordered a delivery for two of us which was actually a lot of food, and drink too. We cannot say thank you enough for the kindness of the staff members who prepared our order tonight.
