I’m from the Bahamas and I have lived in South Florida for years. I now live in North Florida and haven’t had the same Jamaican food restaurant taste as I did in South Florida. Why the hell I just pulled up in Windsor Locks Connecticut and saw this place and thought to myself ‘Ain’t no way in the world this gonna be good.’ I was wrong. I got the curry goat and a beef patty. This place is it. 100%. And I never leave comments.

The amount of food for the price is incredible. However, the food does have the right seasoning for a jamaican restaurant. The rice and peas don't seem like it has any coconut milk in it. Not very authentic.

Food- Beef Patties are flavorful. Jerk Chicken was spot on. Oxtail sauce was great/need 10 more minutes on pressure cooker.Portion sizes are perfect.
Service- Best part of the restaurant is MJ.
