Been hearing about this spot for years, thankful I finally tried it. Can honestly say that it's the best BBQ I've ever had.Got three meat combo, with brisket, pulled pork, and my personal favorite, pork belly burnt ends. Bears is a staple in Connecticut for good BBQ. The food is excellent and it’s worth eating and stopping for a meal. The prices have consistently gone up over the years so it is a bit expensive +/- $60 for 2 people without alcohol. The service is a bit lack luster. The meat cutter is always enthusiastic and on point but everyone else is pretty low speed / high drag. They don’t seem to know what’s going on and it takes forever to get your sides.
