They really care and always try to give back to their community.Their breakfasts, especially their home fries, is one of the best around. And every lunch item I have had has been delicious. The Cheeseburger Wrap cannot be beat by any other restaurant, and I've eaten plenty of them other places. Their fries are exceptional and have a nice crispness, but tender texture.Sometimes the service is a little slow, but they are limited with staff. But they provide such a pleasant experience and great food you don't mind the wait.“

“As a Jamaican cooking Jamaican food almost everyday, it is very hard for a restaurant to come close to home cooked meals but let me tell you!!!!! Island rootz surpass all of them. They are my go to for lunch and dinner, especially on a Friday night when I am automatically allergic to the stove. The food is good and the people are even better… if you have not tried it, please do… I can promise you will not be disappointed. “Simply Bowls has amazing variety of healthy and delicious foods. Between the açaí bowls to the sandwiches everything is prepared quickly and presentable. My go to bowl is the "Build your own bowl" because you have multiple options and the fruit is fresh. For people who are on the more savory than sweet side, the sandwiches are perfect for healthy and filling option. The food is amazing but the environment is even better. When you walk in you see a comfortable couches and soft lighting that makes you feel like your in the comfort of your own home. Overall, the experience and severs are super nice and I always have an enjoyable time.“

The other typical "fast foods" - onion rings, fries, etc are all very good. The sweet potato fries are outstanding. In fact, I wish I could hop over right now for the soursop batido, which I got without milk and was super refreshing on a very hot day. “We stopped here for a quick late lunch. Onion soup was very good. The restaurant is very clean, and decorated very nice. It made me feel as though I was in PA in Amish country! I ordered a wonderful, delicious salad as I am gluten-free. Very satisfying. My daughter ordered the Reuben. I would eat here again if I was in the area.“
