“I was looking for a place to let me pup run off some energy and spoted this coffee joint on my way the next day i had to try them out and man was i happy i did. I received a medium 2 shot Latte w/ almond milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon and holy smokes it brought me back to my favorite coffee place I would frequent back in my day in Litchfield @ the conner and this place nailed it. The coffee made me smile from my first sip truly perfection in a cup. “What a gem in Stratford, ct! My young daughter has food allergies and I was happy to find a place I can regularly pick her up some delicious vegan treats! They even made her birthday cake this year! My friends and I were blown away by the overwhelming amount of flavors they offer for their shakes. It was an experience for us when we visited. We ordered Jamocha and Christmas Crack shakes that came we teas as complimentary. Don't let the overwhelming flavors deter you from trying out the drinks because they were very delicious. I love the fact that they are not too sweet and overly chocolate-y. They also use healthy ingredients to help you increase your vitamins/supplements intake (not for medical purposes). The service was excellent as well. 10/10 recommended!“

This place was new and had great reviews on google, so I figured I'd give it a shot... I was not disappointed! Gina, the owner was super friendly and gave me the rundown of the menu (sooo many delicious options) and chatted with me the whole time she was making my smoothie. I got the banana nut bread smoothie (200 calorie meal replacement!) and couldn't resist adding a touch of whipped cream and walnut crumbles to the top. It was thick and creamy like a milk shake, tasted just like banana nut bread, and totally filled me up! I will definitely back to explore the rest of the menu!“

At the restaurant- everything I have tried is great, including the health shots and I am officially prioritizing getting here for an evening event of sorts - because I just cracked the orange kombucha. These low-cal meal replacement shakes are absolutely delicious AND they give you a complimentary tea (this is one of the only locations that offers tea complimentary). Bonus- there’s a River Walk in the same location so my friend and I usually go for a walk and then head over here for a shake. SoOoOoo good - you won’t be disappointed.“
