We have chosen 1754's for take out twice now. Every morsel was delicious! From the delicious, smokey chowder, Caesar Salad...BEST EVER! Crisp romaine with a perfect homemade dressing, fresh crunchy croutons and even baked bits of yummy cheese! We have had the divine Fish & Chips, Specialty Sandwiches and the Family Meatloaf dinner was better than Mom's!! So happy this place finally has the magic in the kitchen it deserves!
Amazing food: beautiful produce, everything very high quality, and so delicious. Servers are the best: all very attentive, helpful, and fun. Beautiful surroundings: fires burning in the fireplaces, everything fresh and crisp, Historic building with contemporary flair. The ExecutiveChef, Michael Bates-Walsh, Chef de Cuisine: DJ de Marco, and Inn Manager: Kara McArdle are the best of the best

First time here tonight after hearing so many good things….we were not disappointed! Everything was perfect- the drinks, appetizers, entree ( the pork loin special and the steak frites were outstanding. ) The service was impeccable - our server was Brad. He couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful in every way. We will return and we will recommend this restaurant to everyone! Thank you for a nice evening.
