Stopped in for a fresh packed ice cream with my three year-old, and they kindly gave her a very generous sample taste. Friendly guys working there, and tasty flavors. Nice to have this sweet spot in the neighborhood.
Deducted from the atmosphere score just because there’s not even one stool to sit down on in the place — it is to-go only. Eastern Market metro plaza is right across the street, so is a place to sit outside.

I visited this location today to redeem my birthday rewards, and the staff were very friendly. I chose the ice cream with the waffle cone.However, upon eating it, I noticed that the cone itself tasted very bitter, as if they had not switched out the older ones for fresh ones. Unfortunately, I don't live in the area, so I didn't attempt to go back. I hope I don't experience any stomach issues. ? I love waffle cones, so I was rather disappointed.

I was in here w my son a while ago. I bought my son a cone and within minutes of leaving, the scoop fell off the cone. I returned, ready to pay for a replacement but the staff member figured out what happened and replaced the cone for free. Very grateful for his perceptiveness and kindness!

The ice-cream was extremely old and dried out. Additionally, the male employee was really rude. I was told that they didn't have any fresh ice-cream. It was a waste of money.

1. That location is closed and they have downsized to a much smaller location around the corner. 2. Because the business address is currently wrong with all the traffic I spent an unnecessary amount of time locating it. 3. This place had nothing, there were maybe 50% stocked with product. The “toppings” they did have were old and hard and the ice cream looked the same. 4. The male employee which I believe was the manager was nothing but all attitude and totally defeated by their current situation. 5. Last but not least and the only plus, the light skin young lady with dreadlocks was a pleasure. Although she was not equipped with the tools to do her job properly she was nice and tried to make the best out of a bad situation.

They have moved around the corner. Great customer service even though they made a mistake on the cake we ordered they refunded us the money very easily. Excellent manager.

Searched for baskin Robbins as a treat for my daughter after a doctors visit. This is the worst baskin Robbins I’ve been to. Went during covid and man was wearing his mask below his chin breathing over all the ice cream. Nothing was labeled- seemed like they only had a few flavor options and didn’t have rainbow sprinkles. Honestly seemed as if employees had just walked in that day - they didn’t know where anything was but most importantly were not following health guidelines. Gross
