Went for lunch on 3/5/2020. Sat in the upper level bar area. The place was empty when I arrived, but a few minutes later got slammed with a busload of teenagers who walked the steps to the lower level. The bartender/server took 12 minutes to bring my iced tea. It took over 40 minutes to get my food. A almost left, since I had to get back to work. However, management seemed to realize that the kitchen could not handle the busload of people, since everybody in the bar area was complaining....

The employee Tyshae is a great bartender. I always enjoy my food here my wings be great and I enjoy trying new foods on the menu. My waiter/bartender is always excellent when I come to Bertucci’s she always keeps me laughing and enjoying my time.
