What a beautiful place. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff were attentive and Garnett Coad took really good care of us while we were there.
I hosted my wedding reception at Riggs in October and was absolutely floored by the level of service, kindness, and professionalism of everyone. The valet employees were exceptional - especially Coach. They went above and beyond for us and all of our guests to make such a smooth transition anytime we came in or exited the hotel. I stayed at Riggs last Christmas time and had the best experience! The doorman was so helpful, kind, and personable. And Charlotte at check-in couldn't have been nicer! She answered all of our questions and gave great suggestions for things to do.
