I love cafe Bonaparte! It is a great and affordable brunch spot in comparison to many of the options in Georgetown! It is very popular and quite small, so I do recommend calling ahead.
As Georgetown residents, Cafe Bonaparte is a local, neighborhood staple. The food is consistently light, fresh, and delicious -- we're lucky to have a taste of France here in DC. Highly recommend all the salads they have, particularly the Avocat, with chicken added. Also, the sweet crepes and desserts are to die for!
You won't go wrong adding this wonderful restaurant to your list. The atmosphere was purposeful. There was no loud music and the setting was intimate such that you can hear your dining companion clearly. We stayed late and they put some light jazz on to end the evening. The food was amazing!
