“Fantastic food and the drinks were particularly delightful. We unknowingly went during restaurant week and had some folks pick that menu while others ate a la carte. From bread service through dessert, everyone was incredibly pleased with the experience.“

“Born and raised in southeast Texas and been here about six months. I’ve been missing Cajun food. We got the catfish poboy with fries, side of beans and rice, and New Orleans BBQ shrimp. Everything hit the mark. The bread and New Orleans shrimp tasted exactly how they should, perfect. Beans were soft and flavorful with shredded meat and sausage in there. Wish the catfish was seasoned a little more but that’s probably just my preference.
Hope to try the beignet fries if they bring them back.“

“Lives to its reputation of the best jazz club in the town and beyond. Enjoyable. The food was great too. Currently runs a Cuban Jazz week. A group of major stars in the field. Many came directly from Havana.
More recent addition: Monte Alexander is 81, but looks as he just turned 60, and feels as he is 25 yo. Highly recommended to see, while he's still in the town.“

“Thao is an amazing server she make sure that you have everything you need makes sure that she checked on you even when you probably don’t wanna be checked on I couldn’t ask for anything better. Her drinks are amazing. Come toot and juicy on Connecticut Avenue if you want that great customer service“

“This was a special occasion.. birthday 🎂 and the restaurant joined in with me for the celebration It was a special treat The food was delicious and on point, our server Erin was personable, courteous and very friendly She really added to the overall vibes in our dining experience She's a keeper for certain!!!“
