This was my first time ever visiting CAVA and Michelle made the experience amazing! Her customer service was truly top tier she’s so sweet and has such a great spirit. Especially in DC, where customer service can be hit or miss, but most of the time a miss, she really stood out. She was patient, explained how everything worked, and kept a smile on her face. The food was good and I would absolutely come back to this location again based on the service and the overall experience.Definitely recommend!

THIS CAVA BRANCH IS THE BEST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCE. I HAD TO TAKE Time Out my day just to give them the gratitude they deserve... Mrs. Mayra is a very handsome on boss and her and her team are always nice gives you a warm welcome and make sure each customer is satisfied before we go.. I hope they can read this and I hope you can acknowledge them for the way they run the store.
