Never order delivery from this location! My order is constantly wrong anytime I order delivery from the cava website. I never received my side orders ever. I added roasted vegetables to my grains+greens bowl only to receive a Brussel sprout stalk, no actual Brussel sprouts and one tiny cauliflower piece, which I paid extra to have added. In person is fine but delivery orders the staff simply doesn’t care.

Love this Cava location and sad I'll be moving from the area so that I won't have it close by. Consistently amazing food every time with plenty of fresh options and the service to match. All of the staff are great, but Elmer especially is always attentive and efficient!

Completely missed my order notes barely had anything the ingredients I asked for in my order, like the people preparing the order not carefully paying attention to the order notes and also barely adding anything to what I ask for like, seriously?!

Absolutely terrible customer service and to top it off the boy today on 1/26 who prepared my food put CHEESE in my bowl. I am ALLERGIC TO CHEESE. Then they were out of pita chips and the pita bread. The alleged was OVERCOOKED SND OLD TO TOP IT OFF!! This isn’t my first bad experience at this location but it was BAD ENOUGH FOR ME TO WRITE A REVIEW AND CONTACT CORPORATE !
