This was my first time ever visiting CAVA and Michelle made the experience amazing! Her customer service was truly top tier she’s so sweet and has such a great spirit. Especially in DC, where customer service can be hit or miss, but most of the time a miss, she really stood out. She was patient, explained how everything worked, and kept a smile on her face. The food was good and I would absolutely come back to this location again based on the service and the overall experience.Definitely...
Big Shoutout to Elmer and the entire staff at the Columbia Heights CAVA!!! The team is amazing, friendly, courteous to everyone, and ready to help. I go there 3-4 times a week and they’re always happy and smiling with all customers.
THIS CAVA BRANCH IS THE BEST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCE. I HAD TO TAKE Time Out my day just to give them the gratitude they deserve... Mrs. Mayra is a very handsome on boss and her and her team are always nice gives you a warm welcome and make sure each customer is satisfied before we go.. I hope they can read this and I hope you can acknowledge them for the way they run the store.
