No tables/chairs for sitting down to enjoy the coffee. Asked for bathroom and is also “closed”. Was referred to go to the next door business. The employees see people waiting around and don’t call out mobile orders. Maybe not required but common courtesy would be nice.
This Starbucks does not allow paying customers to use the bathroom. As a resident of Columbia Heights, I might understand why they wouldn’t for the general non-paying public but if I spend money at an establishment and the employees can use the bathroom, then si believe paying customers should as well. The employees are nice but the ambience doesn’t encourage you to dine-in as in other Starbucks.

I appreciated and admired Melissa or Michelle. I am terrible with first names. I am getting better. She spoke about her twin sister. I felt comfortable in the store because she sparked a conversation. I really appreciate the kind gesture because to have a conversation with a complete stranger last longer than a conversation with your relatives. Oh, Aaron is cute!
