Chaplin is one of the best Ramen places in Washington, D.C., that also happens to fantastic cocktail bar. I've tried many of their different Ramen options, and I've never been disappointed. Strongly recommend the Tan Tan Men if you like some heat with your meal. While I didn't try one on this visit, they also have new Japanese inspired curry bowls that I'm sure will become a staple on their menu as well.
1000/10, this was probably the best dining experience of my entire life. I booked a reservation for my anniversary and it did not disappoint. Firstly, the restaurant's vibe was great. It wasn't too fancy, and I felt right at home when I walked in. Secondly, our server was unbelievable. He was so incredibly nice and kind. Always a good time here. Great food and excellent service. Our server (I believe his name was Tony) was so attentive and friendly. We celebrated my son's bday and he had a great time. Food was fresh and delicious as usual.
