We split a sample plate. It was over-the-top spectacular! It had something like 10 Virgen dishes and for meat dishes. Each one of them was unique, perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and highlighting the individual ingredients. It was served with the Ethiopian flatbread sourdough, which was also perfectly Prepared, light and spongy. There are Ethiopian pieces of artwork which were beautiful to look at. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant, but she kept up amazingly...

This is our favorite Ethiopian spot in Bethesda. The service is always great, and the food is delicious. We normally order the 10 piece vegetarian sampler and add to it, but today, I tried a fish dish (tilapia) which was quite delicious. It's always a great experience!

Great spot for Ethiopian in Bethesda. Food is top notch. Tef injera available upon request. Presentation is a little non traditional, asfood is on individual plates by default, but they will do a share plate if you ask. A gem just outside of Bethesda Row.
