Chick-fil-A Reviews
Today I actually got yelled at by a Chick-fil-A employee at National Airport when I asked after 15 minutes of waiting for a salad if I could just get any sandwich they had made instead. When I said "please don't speak to me that way", he yelled even louder. So rude and embarrassing. A disgrace to Chick-fil-A restaurant and a disgrace to National Airport.
They are always short staffed. The workers are always smelling like weed. They don’t wear hairnets. The food is always under cooked unless you tell them well done. They argue and talk disrespectful to passengers.
It’s just average. They don’t take your app for points. The staff is nice.

Chick-fil-A is a restaurant located in an international airport, known for its good food. However, there have been issues with order names being incorrect and disappointing for some customers. The service may not meet the high standards that are associated with this restaurant's reputation. The location is often busy, with long lines and full pick-up areas. The staff tries their best, but could benefit from implementing technology to improve order efficiency and cleanliness of the seating area. The food is described as okay, meeting the expectations for an airport restaurant. Amazing customer service and fast services are available here. Their kelp salads are a must, and they have meals designated for kids. Service was poor for usual standards of a Chick-fil-A. Employees seem to have misheard every customer name which caused confusion at pickup. Also, not a lot of seating. Annika was awesome and showed everyone exceptional customer service and super service.
