China Chilcano by José Andrés offers delicious food with excellent service. The dim sum, especially the shiu mai sampler, is fantastic, and the Aeropuerto fried rice is plentiful and tasty. The shrimp and pork dim sum with hoisin-tamarind sauce is a crispy delight. The Causa Limena and Aji de Gallina dishes are flavorful, and the Ponderaciones de Kiwicha dessert is a crispy and creamy treat. The attentive server adds to the wonderful dining experience.
