They started charging $1.50 for extra rice. There's an additional fee now for extra anything, basically.

Most of the employees had been pleasant, but on my last visit the guy was really rude and started shouting when I decided to eat elsewhere after learning of the new fee for extra rice.

(I don't want to wrongly get anyone in trouble. I don't remember the guys name, but he was slightly chubby, hispanic, maybe 5'7. Everyone else had been curteous and professional to me)

I ordered for take and the portion sizes everyone is complaining about is accurate. I ordered the tacos and a burrito. I normally do double meat for the burrito but my order was already $21 before that so I skipped it. The burrito was very small and the tacos (pictured) barely had anything in them. The food itself was good and tasted fresh. The pickup, timing, and order was correct. Just a shame the downfall of the portion sizes with raising pricing. I need to find an alternative option.

I dont even know why this place is still open it's always dirty they never have napkins or straws and let's not even talk about the bathroom it's so disgusting in there and there's no toilet paper in the bathroom how you supposed to clean yourself when you use the bathroom I'm still in disbelief how that bathroom look. You ask the people at the register for napkins they act like they don't have none or they dont want to give you any

Very disappointing experience. I was told there would be no charge for the guacamole, but they still charged me—even though it was just the leftover in the pot. They said it didn’t matter if it was just a spoonful or a small amount, they would still charge for it. On top of that, the customer service was poor—I had to wait 15 minutes just to get my chicken. Definitely not coming back.

Store always dirty! Had to clean my own table with water and some napkins. The cashier Romel kept telling people that there wasn’t any salad dressing and it was. The lady manager NEVER SMILES. She doesn’t have good customer service she always has an attitude not sure how she still works here with such a bad attitude. I always come here and they always have bad attitudes and it’s always the lady manager and the other lady’s she works with. But shoutout to the African American grill cook she works hard every time I come to get food. Maybe she should be a manger. This chipotle wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t have attitude problems ALL the TIME!! Where is the district manager ? This is sad

The workers did an outstanding job with what they had. Unfortunately, they are so understaffed that they are put into an impossible situation. Shoutout to the gentleman working the line AND the register during the close of the morning shift today.

Corpo Chipotle better step up tho.

Awful experience, just picked up a bowl for my lunch, it came with two LONG strands of hair in it. Super disgusting, totally ruined my lunch. I've been here before and it was fine, guess I can't trust it going forward. EWWWWWW.

I tried their online complaint service which just went to their AI Pepper, totally unhelpful, just recorded my complaint and that was it. Would not recommend their customer service either!!
