Chipotle is nothing like before, the quality and the amount of food they used to serve are gone, and today when I ask for a little more rice, and I almost walk out because I was so frustrated, and they say I have to pay extra, so is ridiculous, I am not going back to Chipotle it’s not worth it….and got expensive too.

The manager shouldn’t be standing around having personal conversations when there are online orders, waiting to be made, the management has to be under review. She claimed to be the manager named Antonia and was completely ignoring the orders in the system, which caused a traffic causing the online order customers to wait more than people walking in to order.

I will not be eating chipotle NOMORE how can you all just take chipotle honey chicken off the menu ! That was the best investment you all could have made don’t nobody want to keep eating that DRY chicken or steak all the time That’s why yall business are SLOW NOW !

I watched this lady make my pickup order. I watched her dump an entire ladle of hot sauce onto the burrito and ruin it. The proportions here are what’s terrible.

I've been to this location twice, and both times they were out of steak.
They started charging $1.50 for extra rice. There's an additional fee now for extra anything, basically.
Most of the employees had been pleasant, but on my last visit the guy was really rude and started shouting when I decided to eat elsewhere after learning of the new fee for extra rice.
(I don't want to wrongly get anyone in trouble. I don't remember the guys name, but he was slightly chubby, hispanic, maybe 5'7. Everyone else had been curteous and professional to me)

I ordered for take and the portion sizes everyone is complaining about is accurate. I ordered the tacos and a burrito. I normally do double meat for the burrito but my order was already $21 before that so I skipped it. The burrito was very small and the tacos (pictured) barely had anything in them. The food itself was good and tasted fresh. The pickup, timing, and order was correct. Just a shame the downfall of the portion sizes with raising pricing. I need to find an alternative option.

I dont even know why this place is still open it's always dirty they never have napkins or straws and let's not even talk about the bathroom it's so disgusting in there and there's no toilet paper in the bathroom how you supposed to clean yourself when you use the bathroom I'm still in disbelief how that bathroom look. You ask the people at the register for napkins they act like they don't have none or they dont want to give you any

Very disappointing experience. I was told there would be no charge for the guacamole, but they still charged me—even though it was just the leftover in the pot. They said it didn’t matter if it was just a spoonful or a small amount, they would still charge for it. On top of that, the customer service was poor—I had to wait 15 minutes just to get my chicken. Definitely not coming back.
