Stopped by here after an outing in DC. The food was really good (hibachi shrimp fried rice was really fresh and the French fries were nice and crispy. Also the drinks were strong. Dont drink the water tho lol.
Gotta be some of the best wings in the DMV. I love Korean fried chicken and Choong Man is in my top tier. Extra crispy with that first-bite crunch, yet incredibly tender and juicy -- never dry. Sauces are delicious, sides are well made (fried okra and Mac and cheese go great).Service is also great. I requested half-and-half (spicy and sweet) on a takeout order, which is not on the menu, and they still came through! I think this is really a bar. We were looking for salmon in the area,(google) was offered this place. They had salmon but only bar food to go with it. The Salmon was poorly cooked and the waitress wasn't paying attention because my partner never got his Salmon(might have been a good thing cause it was poorly cooked)$80 for 1 piece of Salmon a basket of fries and 2 shots.
