Cinder BBQ offers a flavorful dining experience in the DMV and Richmond areas. The menu features unique dishes such as the deviled egg salad sandwich and fried pickles. The brisket plate is a popular choice, known for its fantastic bark and great flavor. The restaurant is also recognized for its special grilled salmon burger with blueberry BBQ sauce. Another highlight is the smoked then fried wings, considered by many to be some of the best in the city. It is also the best whiskey bar within 100 miles and serves absolutely on point cocktails. The staff is really friendly and the owners are almost always on site. It is a space to relax with good-hearted people and hearty food, with a good crowd of regulars from the neighborhood. Outdoor seating is enjoyable on nice days. The specials sell out quickly, so it is recommended to arrive early.
