Great service, yummy drinks, and amazing food! The huevos rancheros was soooo good (I switched out the feta for cheddar and added sour cream). The frozen drink was perfect summer refresher! I’ll be back! Only complaint was it was hot inside and I got bit by mosquitoes inside, but this is dc. Overall great spot!
First breakfast ever in the USA. Very tasty and extensive. Very friendly service.
The food was great albeit with a somewhat limited menu. The drink were ok as far as the recipe was concerned, but they definitely weren't made strong enough and their craft cocktails seem to use bottom shelf liquors as their default choice. Other than that....no complaints here.
Commissary serves excellent food, well-prepared and delicious. Try the honey pork chop dinner for a unique and tasty experience or the huevos rancheros, which can be customized with cheddar and sour cream. The frozen drinks are a perfect summer refresher, though some find the cocktails not strong enough. The wait staff and manager are attentive and friendly. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and busy, especially during brunch hours on weekends. While some dishes may require adjustment to taste, such as the chicken Marsala with mushrooms, the fig & goat cheese pizza is a tasty option. It can get hot inside, and mosquitoes may be an issue, but overall it’s a great spot with yummy drinks and amazing food.
