Had the breakfast French toast Brunch. Would recommend. Good music. everything was good besides these automatic 20% service charge. These 20% additions are out of CONTROL. On top of a tip. SMH. This is why so many restaurants are going out of business! I’m not paying an extra 6% just to come to an establishment. Save it. Server wasn’t attentive at all.

Fraudulent activity done on my card. Was provided a receipt and signed for $100 but my account was charged $200. They refused to refund. They stated that ironically, the machine had issue that day so they can’t pull up the original receipt that I signed for. How do you authorized a card for a different amount?? $100 is a huge difference. I will not dine here again. And I also recommend all to check your bank statement afterwards if paying with a card.

I recently dined at Creole, and I have to say, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly patient and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The majority of my party was over 30 minutes late, and my anxiety was through the roof. However, after informing the restaurant, they assured us that our table would still be available upon arrival, which greatly relieved me.
On top of that, the service was fast without compromising on quality. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and tasted like Grandma’s cooking. The drinks? Outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Five out of five stars!

I visited Creole on 14th last year during a girls trip and loved the food. I was in town again and wanted to relive the magic. Unfortunately, their business hours are outdated. I traveled by train from Union station and arrived at 10pm on a Saturday, only to be advised that the kitchen was closed. This was confusing to me because their hours of operation as per Google was 11:30pm AND their website indicated a close time of midnight. I was very disappointed and even annoyed given that I had set my evening on eating there and now, not only was I not going to eat there but there weren’t many fine dining options open that late. Staff were kind in helping me understand that the business hours had been adjusted some time ago, but it seems the owner forgot to update the hours online. They kindly apologized and I was on my way. Very inconvenient overall. Please update your hours!

Several others in my party also noticed a difference in how they responded to the drinks they had. Do not recommend and will not return. Me and friends went for Sunday Brunch and the only reason why we sort of had a good time was because of entertaining ourselves. The music for brunch was like trap music and sorry but for brunch it should be R&B / soul. Also our waitress came off very rude and dismissive. If we asked any questions she would refer us to the menu. It’s like that’s fine but this is your JOB, and you’re supposed to be the SME. She also tried to cut us off mimosas early making up times. She rushed us out before we could even get to go boxes. She said “ITS 3 o clock and you are way past your time”. Ive quite literally never been to a place where it was rudeness overload and rushing to make you leave after SPENDING almost $100 for one person. Smh I wouldn’t go , save your vibes, money , and time .

The service was great but the food was alright, I felt the food was overpriced though. There was also a photographer that took our picture for $50, my friend ended up getting it but I felt like that was a scam. The atmosphere felt too club, and not the upscale vibe they were going for.

We came while visiting from out of town based on menu for my birthday dinner. It was easy to make a reservation through Resy. The reservation information stated this is an upscale establishment and no hats or sporty clothing allowed, only upscale attire. You guys, this place is not in a nice area and it is basically a nightclub. The other people eating there were not even dressed up enough to be outside of the house, let alone “upscale”. People were making out at their tables. All the photos of the food came out red because there are colored flashing lights and music pumping. We only heard drake songs the entire time we were there. Overall an unsavory atmosphere. The food tasted home cooked, which is nice. I enjoyed the shrimp appetizer, crab cake appetizer over sautéed spinach and veggies, and the seafood Mac was good. Watch out for charges not mentioned on the menu or by the server when ordering (“entree with your choice of two sides,” then charged extra for the sides). Our server was nice, and attentive. If you are expecting upscale, run. Otherwise, the food is good but the pricing doesn’t match the true value of dining here overall, in my opinion.
