Their buttercream is absolutely incredible. I have never tasted anything like it, not even among the countless imitations out there. It is rich, perfectly balanced, and unmistakably theirs.

What really stands out is their constant creativity. They reinvent their cupcakes all the time, whether inspired by holidays or special events. One recent favorite of mine was the unicorn shaped cupcake, playful, beautiful, and clearly made with care.

Another impressive detail is their consistency and quality. These cupcakes are so well made that you can leave them out of the fridge for a couple of days and they still taste fresh.

The place itself is beautiful. The concept, the graphic design, the atmosphere, and the people working there all communicate the same thing. Passion, love for what they do, and a real desire to create something special. It feels like one of those rare little gems where you can genuinely sense the care behind every single detail.“

Working from just a picture I sent her, Urzula recreated the Kit-Kat piano "keys" that gave the cake a 3-dimensional texture my son could "feel" as well as taste! She helped me make my son's special 30th birthday in his new 'hometown' of DC so wonderful--even working long-distance with his mom in another state to surprise him! Kudo's galore! We hired her for our daughter's Quinceañera to make a 3 tier cake and dessert table. She took time to listen to our vision and made it happened. It was absolutely beautiful and delicious. “Tiered and Petite catered our tea-themed baby shower and exceeded every expectation. From the first inquiry, Cotton was responsive, communicative, and incredibly patient. She beautifully brought our theme to life with delicious scones, desserts, and teas, and the setup was just as stunning as the food. She handled everything seamlessly, even providing and setting up the teacups herself. Finding her business was truly a blessing, and I’m so grateful she played such a special role in celebrating the arrival of our baby girl.“

“The most amazing, friendly & generous people in the world with some of the best bundt cakes. I went there to get a birthday bundt for my wife and was looking for the Christmas peppermint version. No longer made as out of season, so I was getting something else, when all of a sudden the lovely lady running the place popped her head around the corner and told me that she had an order of a dozen peppermint bundlets that somebody had not picked up...and that they were mine for free! Tons of brownie points from my wife plus tons of cake for all of us. This store and these people are wonderful, make the best cakes in town, and are just great to talk to. I will always shop there.“

“We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“

“Cold Stone Creamery is one of my favorite ice cream parlors. They have a lot of flavors that you can choose from. It’s in a nice neighborhood, so you’ll enjoy the outside atmosphere. If you want an indoor space, you can enter through the Crystal shops gate where there are some tables and chairs. An excellent place to enjoy with your friends or by yourself!“

“Best cold stone I’ve been to in a while - didn’t have the old ice cream smell like other locations I’ve visited in the past. Nice service despite it being an hour before they closed. The chocolate devotion was mixed evenly and served in a timely manner. I loved the Halloween decorations!“
