Every Time at the new north lake in Charlotte location the food comes cold out of the kitchen. Medium heat chicken comes out lacking any heat at all. Food should be hot when it leaves the kitchen but their normal is serving cold food. Cashier was grumpy as well. I am disappointed with this location. I would like my food Hot not cold!!!

Update / correction: disregard my comment about size of drink , young lady handed us the wrong size glass / cup.
Staff was pleasant, nothing special, food was good but very pricey for the portions size, ($2.19 for a small and I do mean small fountain drink, like a 4 - 5 ounce clear cup) especially considering there are probably 10 other chicken restaurants in the area. Not sure if we’ll be back? 🤷🏻♂️

We had a couple of employees with birthdays this week that wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken. We placed an online order for 14 people at the Palm Beach Lakes location and picked up the order. Got back to the office to find they accidentally shorted us 4 orders. No big deal. We called to square up with them and they told us we were wrong and there was no way they made a mistake. Actually hung up on us when we called to discuss. Nothing like providing superior customer service to insure repeat customers. Guess we will continue do our work Birthday lunches elsewhere, perhaps Raising Canes!

Really enjoyed the food, always love eating at Dave's, I recommend going with the extra hit for the chicken if you have a bit of spice tolerance. Staff was nice, location was convenient, decor could be better.

The chicken at this shop is really delicious. I might have eaten chicken there today. It tastes so good.
The app wasn’t working right, but they still gave me a free milkshake. The food is tuff — I never even liked slaw before but it goes insane with the sandwich. The Reaper is hotter than the sun. And the employees are actually even nicer than Chick-fil-A, which say a lot. The place itself has a really cool vibe too. plays lots of 80s and 90s classics. the mac and cheese with honey and bits of chicken is a lil secret special

First of all, the place is a vibe
Second of all, not only was it a vibe, but every surface was clean, from the counter to the drink station to table
Third, service was immaculate. Felix was very helpful, and was a chill dude.
The boss man manager man I don’t know what his name is but he left his work just so he can throw out my stuff which was great attention to detail
Last, the chicken absolutely slapped. Not sure how else to describe it. Will be a frequenter of this fine culinary establishment
