We had a very pleasant meal at DuPont Italian Kitchen. The food was excellent and service was great.
Never a disappointing experience at Dupont Italian Kitchen. Warm and welcoming ... from top management Michael and Tony to the wait and kitchen staff! Just came back from a late lunch - calamari, pork picatta, and a wonderful sun dried tomatoes, spinach, capers, garlic, & olive oil pasta. Wish we had had room for dessert!

Picture on website makes it look larger than it is. The food was very good and the people were very friendly.
quick, friendly service. we had the soup, linguine bolognese and chicken/sausage entree...delicious!! nice wine choices and never felt rushed. The owner, Michael, was such a nice guy as was his entire staff

the linguini bolognese was delicious as was the sausage and chicken entree. nice wine selection and wonderful staff. a hidden gem.
The linguine with pesto was fantastic. The tiramisu remains the best in DC, and I've ordered it in many restaurants. The service is outstanding.
Quaint little Italian place. Food was pretty decent. Wine was excellent. Service was great. Stop by if you're in the area but sit inside. Mosquitoes are bad in DC for some reason.

This is a quaint little place, with delicious food and fast service, with the choice of inside dinning or outside.

To often I stop here and the waitstaff ignore you and could sit forever, but I walk after 5 minutes of being ignored, or they won’t split a table of 4 so I can solo dine and be done in 30 minutes.
They lack insight when it comes to thinking on their feet.

The experience was lovely. My only qualm is that there was a lot of mosquitos in the area which bothered my dinner quite a bit but I understand that that cannot necessarily be controlled but it is something to note. Overall a great experience
Great food, large plate, so tasty

Dependedly delicious 😋 food with a terrific wait staff. I've been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed. I'd heartily recommend the chicken française, the bolognese linguine, or any of their pizzas. It's a familiar neighborhood eatery that attracts many locals as well as out of town visitors. Dupont Italian Kitchen is an easy place to recommend!

Came here yesterday night for karaoke. It seems this location is divided for guests who wish to dine (downstairs) and guests who would like to drink at the bar or sing karaoke (upstairs, dedicated stairs just south of diner entrance).
Not sure *when* karaoke is or how regular it is but it was hosted by a DJ (funny guy and solid singer as well!) and I had a lot of fun! Beers are pretty fair pricing; not sure about the other alcoholic beverages. Sadly, I did not get to eat as the kitchen had closed when I intended to order food, but the food that did make its way to the bar looked quite appetizing! Overall, solid place and would come back for karaoke (and hopefully food!)
