Commodore DC was such a vibe! We kicked things off with some drinks, starting with their spiciest beverage (forgot the name, oops) and it was fire! Followed it up with the signature Commodore cocktail, which was also a banger. Has neighborhood bar vibes and is a chill place to hang out. They are a gastropub that offer what you would expect, but also the unexpected like their impossible katsu bao buns. Been here for happy hour twice so far and they have a solid happy hour (4-7pm Mon-Fri). I think the apps are done really well.
