My experience here is always a great one the staff treats me really good my server Lonnie is excellent server she takes care of me every time I'm there The Restaurant is very clean The bathroom is wheelchair accessible and very clean 5 star Restaurant I love it

The only issue I have at District E is that whenever I come there and it's a crowd my order is taken and the waitress never comes back to check on service or if anything else is needed. I was there recently and she took my order at 8:15pm by 9:01pm I still hadn't gotten my drink. If it was an alcoholic drink I would have gotten it. It was a sweet tea. I literally had to go to the manager to get my drink. She never came back for the payment of my food. I went to the manager to let him know because I wanted to pay for my service. I understand it's busy but either get more servers or servers who will make sure the bill is paid so they don't get docked because someone walked out without paying. Please stop over booking for reservations. Other than that I love District E.

Why didn’t we read the reviews before we ate here?? BIG mistake. Not a single lie told. The service was so bad, I tipped the bus boy instead of our server because she did squat. She spent more time hanging with the male host than she did serving us.
The chicken sandwich I received was burnt horribly. I took two bites, trying to muster through and couldn’t do it. I sent it back and asked to have it taken off the check. There was a whole battle for that and the resolution was half off because I’d eaten a part of it. I’ve received better service from McDonald’s.

This place is absolutely amazing. The service was great the atmosphere was very welcoming and the food had great quality and taste I’d recommend them for anyone who has ever liked food, ever.

My group of 4 was in this establishment for 50 minutes and never got so much as a sip of water. We asked 4 different people (including the host who seated us (twice) and a person who appeared to be a manager) for assistance and received none before we finally left. The place was not even full- should have been a sign to have empty tables before a Caps game!

My mom and I went to watch Game 3 of the Stanley cup playoffs for the Caps. We had to ask for the game to be turned on. Then once the game actually started it was no where to be found because at the beginning it wasn't put on the right channel. Servers were sitting at the booth behind us. Yall were having some super Mario bros contest over having a watch party for the team that literally plays right next door to you. Our server literally disappeared for several minutes , we were told that she was doing inventory in the back but she came back smelling like weed. As a caps fan, very upset about this. Watched the game back in our hotel room due to everything.
Our go to before caps game. Great food, and lots of activities always going on. Definitely try the crab dip and the loaded nachos.

Waited 30 min at our table before we just ordered food and drinks at the bar to be delivered to our table. We saw our server once, she said she would get us a refill and never did. We made a reservation on open table and put our name in the waitlist...still waiting for that waitlist text lol.
