This was an interesting bar location in the navy yard area. During this particular time of year it appeared that they were providing a holiday pop-up type experience, the overall Christmas decor was very festive. The location itself is a decent size there's a bar that essentially extends from the entrance all the way to the back of the venue with tables surrounding and several tv's behind the bar area. Food was absolutely amazing but the service was very upsetting. Got sat at 8:20 finally got acknowledged at 8:35 and ordered food and drinks right away since we had already waited. Got the food 10 minutes later but had to ask 3 more times for our drinks and got them 10 minutes after our food came out. Was very disappointed with having to wait 30 minutes for regular fountain drinks, not even alcoholic drinks.

Fried chicken sandwich and fries super disappointing. The avocado I added was a thin film on a barely warm bun. The chicken was cooked thru but lukewarm and the thick glaze it had didn’t pack much a flavor punch so had to douse it with Tabasco. So $50 for a mediocre sandwich and an OK rail drink won’t shock given current state of affairs in dining but there are better options elsewhere in Navy Yard. Won’t rush back.
