The lady was really nice😀 and the ice cream was SOOOOOO GOOD
I thought this would be a good place since Kilwins closed and I am never going back there again. AC doesn’t work so the ice cream was melting faster than I could eat it. Even worse the staff don’t wear gloves and were touching the cone with their bare hands. I’m praying that they were clean. I wouldn’t be surprised if there have been health code violations in the past
I am a resident across the street and have visited this location several times. Each time the staff Has been rude. They will close the store 45 minutes prior to the actual closing time and tell you that there is only DoorDash pick up. Frequently Many of the ice cream flavors are completely empty by 5 PM In addition to the waffle cones (See picture taken at 5 PM on Monday, August 3).
