Emma's Torch is a wonderful spot with delicious breakfast options, like the lemon merengue pancakes. The salmon bagel and avocado toast were spot-on, with the cream cheese tasting whipped and the toast having a spicy kick. The chai latte was smooth and tasty. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with a herb propagator in the corner adding a lovely touch. The restaurant's mission of training and empowering refugees and asylum seekers through culinary training is heartwarming. Eco-friendly plates and cups are used, and there's even a diaper changing station in the bathroom. Overall, a great new addition to the neighborhood worth visiting again.
